BCM Group bolsters leadership team amidst sustained growth
Integrated agency BCM Group has announced three key leadership appointments, following a period of significant business success. Damien Musgrave has been promoted to National Head of Account Management, while Ann Reilly has been appointed as Head of Broadcast and Content Production. Jana Tann has also joined the team as Group Account Director. These appointments come on the back of BCM Group's recent achievements, including securing the lead agency role for Griffith University and winning new assignments from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and Queensland Police.
Musgrave, who has been with BCM Group for the past seven years, most recently in the role of Group Account Director, expressed his enthusiasm for his new role. "I’m thrilled to be stepping up to lead the team in a time of such growth. More and more we’re seeing brands look for integrated, diverse thinking and meeting these needs beyond traditional solutions is what we’re continuing to focus on. This is what I love about BCM and where we are taking our client offering," he said.
Reilly brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously held the position of Global Head of Production at Publicis London. Tann, who will be joining BCM Group’s talented team, also has extensive experience in senior roles at Publicis Australia. "I’m extremely excited to join BCM Group’s talented team and work alongside clients here to deliver market leading creative work," Tann commented.
BCM Group, an independently owned and managed integrated agency, comprises BCM Creative & Media, IVY PR, and Veracity Research & Insights. The agency has been recognised for its work, winning multiple awards at the 2023 Mumbrella Awards and the 2023 Australian Effies.
Phil McDonald, Partner and Managing Director of BCM Group, highlighted the agency's growth and its impact on attracting and promoting talent. "We are continuing to see sustained growth. This strong position has meant we are not only attracting market-leading talent, but also backing our people to step up and lead and to help grow the businesses of our clients in new and exciting ways," McDonald said.
These leadership appointments signal BCM Group's commitment to delivering integrated, diverse thinking and solutions to its clients, and its focus on nurturing and promoting talent within the agency.
