Gray, who has previously held senior roles at Korn Ferry and Harvey Nash PLC, will leverage her extensive experience and global network to fill a perceived gap in the executive search market.

Her career saw her establish Harvey Nash PLC across the Asia Pacific and work as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry. Her new venture aims to merge the personalised service of a boutique agency with the comprehensive reach of a tier-one executive recruitment firm.
Over the past two decades, Gray says she has built a formidable global network and has a proven track record in placing high-profile tech and customer experience executives with established corporates and platform scale-ups.
