Zitcha expands customer success team, appoints senior News Corp staffers

Retail media platform Zitcha is expanding its customer success team in response to global growth, appointing former News Corp executives Kate Marshall and Genevieve Cleaver to newly created senior roles.

Marshall, now Zitcha's customer success director, will oversee the company's portfolio of clients across international markets including the US, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. She joins from her role as Digital Director for NSW, QLD and SA at News Corp, and has previously held roles at Amazon, Foxtel and Nine Entertainment.

Meanwhile, Cleaver has been appointed as customer success lead for Zitcha across APAC. She was previously Digital Client Growth & Capability Manager at News Corp, and before that spent more than four years at GroupM media agency Wavemaker. Both Marshall and Cleaver are based in Sydney.

Zitcha has the largest market share in Australia and New Zealand. The company recently facilitated off-site media for Mix In by Endeavour, the retail media arm of Australia’s leading drinks and hospitality business.

It follows the May appointment of Josh Forsyth as Zitcha's new APAC sales lead.
