Change in every word.
Team Lewis Foundation backs 106 charities in 2023
Global marketing agency, Team Lewis, has unveiled its annual Impact Report, shedding light on the philanthropic efforts of the Team Lewis Foundation.
The foundation, which donates expertise, cash, and services to charitable organisations chosen by staff, has made significant strides in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2023 alone, the company supported 106 charities, bringing the total to 274 since the foundation's inception in 2021.
Team Lewis operates offices in Australia, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Singapore. The report reflects three years of growth, from a COVID-19 response to a global, employee-led charity, supporting over 1,500 causes. The report provides a detailed breakdown of the causes supported and the impactful work undertaken in 2023. It also offers a glimpse into the foundation's ambitious goals for the future and its commitment to accelerating positive change.
In the past three years, Team Lewis has achieved a new milestone in philanthropic funding, supporting over 1,500 community causes around the world. The initiative has channelled millions of pounds in cash, donated time and resources. The unique scheme incentivises colleagues to donate £1,000 of company cash to a community cause, for which they receive a cash bonus. The team also donates award-winning marketing campaigns which help raise further awareness and funding.
In 2023, the scheme brought two hundred causes together to share resources and discuss problems through a series of events in America, Europe and Asia. Team Lewis, founded in 1995, operates in 25 offices throughout Asia, EMEA and North America.
CEO of Team Lewis Foundation, Samuel Dean, said, “The important people here are the leaders who stand up for their community when times are tough. They deserve all the thanks. It’s a privilege to stand by them. They are our inspiration.”
