Accenture is buying Partners in Performance, a global strategy consulting firm specialising in business performance improvement using data and AI capabilities. According to Accenture This acquisition will bolster Accenture's offerings to clients in asset-intensive industries such as metals and mining, oil and gas, utilities, and chemicals.

Partners in Performance's expertise will be utilised to enhance Accenture's cost and productivity reinvention, capital project delivery, and energy transition and decarbonisation efforts. The firm's proprietary data, benchmarks and advanced analytics tools assist C-suite leaders in generating long-term growth for their companies.

Muqsit Ashraf, chief executive for Accenture Strategy, stated, "Delivering profitable growth with the backdrop of significantly higher levels of disruption caused by technology and macroeconomic factors requires leaders in the C-suite and beyond to have partners that help navigate this prevailing complexity and expanding uncertainty."
