Triple M Newcastle's popular breakfast show, 'Tanya & Steve', recently marked a significant milestone, celebrating their 10-year on-air anniversary. The celebration took place at Harrigan's Cameron Park in Newcastle and was attended by over 200 loyal listeners. The event featured a listener proposal, live performances from Dave Gleeson of the Screaming Jets, and a 'tacky birthday cake'.

'Tanya & Steve' boldly claim the top spot as the #1 breakfast show in Newcastle. The show is broadcast on Newcastle's 102.9 Triple M from 6-9am on weekdays and is also available on LiSTNR.

"Celebrating 10 years of our show - that's a lot of 4am alarms. It's also a huge chunk of our lives we have shared on air with you all, and you with us. I personally think the greatest part is we have stuck to our 'No BS' show rule. Life is a roller coaster, and we will ride it together, funny, sad, scary, tired, sick, wins, losses, and everything in between. It's not what life throws at you that determines who we are it's how we deal with it. If you're here and healthy you are winning," said Steve, one half of the dynamic duo.
