Orchard overhauls LifeHealthcare's website, introduces new personalisation features

Orchard has launched a new personalised website experience for LifeHealthcare, a prominent independent medical technology distributor in Australia and New Zealand.

The revamped website is part of LifeHealthcare's digital and business transformation strategy, aimed at enhancing user experience and data security.

New personalised user experiences include access to crucial information based on a user's surgical specialty and product preferences. The website's main features are built on the Digital Experience Program (DXP) Optimizely and data connected to Salesforce for enhanced data security and member profiling.

"LifeHealthcare has a clear purpose of making life better for others, and for us to do so we need the ability to scale," Group Marketing Manager and Customer Engagement Lead for EBOS MedTech, Rachel Crimmins, the parent company of LifeHealthcare, said. "By adding in more comprehensive channels for access to product information and our services, via our website, we can ensure that we deliver better customer experiences. By working with Orchard, we've enhanced our online experiences and elevated our ability to make decisions based on data [online activity] insights."

The new website is designed to set LifeHealthcare on course for e-commerce, event registration, and experimentation. It also paves the way for future launches of southeast Asian recruitment and supplier partnerships.

Orchard has also re-platformed the EBOS MedTech corporate site, streamlining content management and future-proofing the brand for future launches of southeast Asian recruitment and supplier partnerships.

"In addition to reimagining the UX and UI, we consolidated multiple sources of content into one robust platform using Optimizely, enhancing user experience and streamlining management to meet governance standards, driving better engagement and operational efficiency," Orchard's Technical Lead, Daniel Copping, said.

LifeHealthcare is part of the growing EBOS MedTech business, a collective of companies across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia focused on the technological advancement of solutions for patients.
