Bendigo Bank's home loan customers are reportedly the most satisfied in Australia, according to a recent survey from Roy Morgan.

The survey, which polled over 30,000 customers from the country's ten largest banks, found that Bendigo Bank's home loan customers reported a market-leading satisfaction rate of 87.7% over the six months to March 2024.

Bendigo Bank, consistently voted one of the top 20 most trusted brands nationwide, is also Australia's most trusted bank. Richard Fennell, Chief Customer Officer for Consumer Banking at Bendigo Bank, attributed the high satisfaction rate to the bank's customer-centric approach.

"At Bendigo Bank, we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our customers,” Fennell said. “We work hard to deliver great outcomes for each and every customer and have reached out to as many of our home loan customers as possible over the last two years to make sure their loans were suitable for their circumstances.”

One satisfied customer is 24-year-old Airline Cabin Manager, Patrick Pretlove, who recently purchased his first home in Geelong. "Bendigo Bank were extremely supportive when I was going through my application process,” Pretlove said. “I would encourage any home buyer to have a chat to Bendigo Bank, they value their customers, and it was great to have someone who helped me through the mortgage process the entire way.”
