Amaysim's 'Escape Plan' campaign encourages consumers to fight hefty mobile bills

Australian mobile provider, amaysim, has debuted a new campaign titled 'The Escape Plan', created by Cocogun to remind Australians that high mobile bills are no longer necessary, underscoring amaysim's commitment to value and service.

The latest campaign, which went live this week, features work from award-winning artist Ellen Porteus and animator Will Pietsch, 'The Escape Plan' comes at a time when Australians are feeling the pinch of increasing cost-of-living pressures, and is a response to the continued price hikes from larger telecommunications companies. amaysim, which boasts over 1.5 million customers and the lowest Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) complaints score of 0.4, is positioning itself as a viable alternative.

"With cost-of-living pressures surmounting, we know more and more Aussies are questioning their hefty mobile bills,” said Peter MacGregor, amaysim’s CMO. “amaysim is the answer. So why stick with your pricey Hellco when you can escape to better value and service with The Escape Plan?"

The campaign is not just about promoting amaysim's value proposition, but also about rewarding customers. As part of the campaign, amaysim is giving away $30,000 worth of holidays and 1,000 HOYTS Double Movie Passes. The giveaway runs from June 18 to July 31, 2024, and is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over with an active amaysim plan.
