Sydney Fringe Festival has partnered with Deputy, a global platform for hourly work management, to enhance its work scheduling capabilities for volunteers and staff.

The the independent art festival, which features over 450 events across 70 venues, will utilise Deputy's platform to manage the scheduling and rostering of 160 volunteers and venue managers.

CEO & Festival Director of the Sydney Fringe Festival, Kerri Glasscock, said: "As a small but mighty team, partnerships like this make a huge difference to our festival rollout. Our volunteers and festival staff are the lifeblood of our festival, and having a centralised place to look after them is imperative. We are delighted to be working with Deputy on this."

The software simplifies team scheduling and communication, allowing more focus on creating a memorable experience for attendees. Deputy is used by over 330,000 workplaces globally to create better work-life experiences for 1.4 million hourly workers.

The Sydney Fringe Festival is held annually in September, supporting emerging artists across a variety of genres. This partnership with Deputy is expected to streamline the festival's operations and enhance the overall event experience.
