Adobe's Customer Journey Analytics completes Australia's IRAP assessment

Adobe's Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) has successfully completed the Australian Government's Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment at the PROTECTED level.

The completion of the IRAP assessment signifies that Adobe's systems have the necessary controls in place to adhere to the security requirements outlined in the government's Information Security Manual (ISM), assuring customers of Adobe's CJA that their data is being handled securely and in compliance with Australian standards.

CJA is a cross-channel analytics solution that measures online and offline engagement across the entire citizen lifecycle. The tool is designed to provide agencies with insights to offer more personalised digital experiences to Australians. The artificial intelligence capabilities in CJA allow businesses to democratise insights across the organisation, helping users interpret data without relying on analysts.

Adobe has provided data residency for Customer Journey Analytics in Australia since 2020 and its artificial intelligence services for CJA are also hosted in Australia. Adobe's Common Control Framework (CCF) provides a baseline for all its security assessments and attestations and was instrumental in attaining this IRAP assessment.

Adobe has leveraged its CCF to created an in-house IRAP Program to manage the Australian security compliance for Adobe’s IRAP in-scope products, with the aim of scaling Adobe’s IRAP portfolio, and ensuring its products and services adhere to the robust and evolving requirements of the ISM.

In a move to help other organisations meet industry security and privacy standards, Adobe has open-sourced its CCF, with a download link available on the Adobe website.
