Creative communications agency, History Will Be Kind (HWBK), has announced two senior promotions in Lizzy Chadwick and Rachael Gadgil plus new hire, Brooke Gascoigne.

Chadwick and Gadgil have been promoted to Group Account Director roles, while Gascoigne joins the team as Senior Account Executive from communications agency, Adhesive.

Gadgil, a six-year veteran at HWBK, has worked on integrated communications programs and campaigns for clients such as Google, Hilton, and McGrath Foundation. In her new role, Gadgil will work with the management team to evolve the agency's service offer, with a focus on growth.

Chadwick's promotion comes after 18 months at the agency, where she has brought expertise across travel, tourism, and lifestyle sectors. Chadwick will be responsible for building and growing the team in line with the agency's core value proposition in her new role.

New hire Gascoigne brings experience across lifestyle, technology, and wellness brands, including TikTok, Dyson, The Iconic, and Sony. HWBK recently celebrated three wins at the Mumbrella CommsCon Awards, including Best PR Employer, PR Leader of the Year for EJ Granleese, and Best Social Media or Digitally-led Campaign for the #HireMeHilton campaign.
