Publicis Groupe APAC has announced a series of key promotions within its senior leadership team, as part of its ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive and enabling environment. The promotions reflect the organisation's stance on talent recognition and its success in driving people development.

Pauly Grant has been promoted to Chief Talent Officer, Asia Pacific, in addition to her role as leader of ANZ's people portfolio. Grant has been with Publicis Groupe ANZ for 11 years and has progressed through several increasingly senior roles. In 2023, she was named one of ‘The 100 Human Resources Leaders to Know - Global 100 for HR’ by Human Resources Director (HRD) and was lauded for leading the HR Team of the Year at the Australian HR Awards.

Anushka Methananda and Jessica Farrell have been promoted to the roles of General Manager People & Culture - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) & Operations and General Manager People & Culture - Experience and Performance respectively. These promotions are part of Publicis Groupe ANZ's focus on fostering an inclusive and enabling environment.

Publicis Groupe Asia Pacific has also announced four key appointments as part of its efforts to strengthen its senior leadership team. These appointments are promotions from within the group, reflecting the organisation’s stance on talent recognition and its success in driving people development.

Martin Davie has been promoted from Managing Director, International, Publicis Media Singapore, to Head of Performance, Publicis Groupe Asia Pacific. Jonathan Mackenzie has been promoted from Managing Director of Publicis Media Precision Asia Pacific to Head of Data Solutions, Publicis Groupe Asia Pacific. Joanna Ong has transitioned from her role as Managing Director of MSL Singapore to Managing Director, Communications & PR, Publicis Groupe Asia Pacific.
