Winning Group unveils dual brand campaigns: 'Welcome home' and 'Hello appliances online'

Winning Group, a prominent retail entity, has unveiled two new brand campaigns: 'Welcome Home' for Winnings and 'Hello Appliances Online' for Appliances Online. The campaigns were devised by strategic and creative agency Step Change and produced by Heckler.

Winnings is a destination for luxury and lifestyle home products, while Appliances Online is touted as Australia’s largest online appliance retailer. The 'Welcome Home' campaign for Winnings invites customers into showrooms to experience a multi-sensory shopping experience and reimagine their homes. The campaign will be advertised across Broadcast TV, OOH Transit, Outdoor Billboards and Social media.

On the other hand, the 'Hello Appliances Online' campaign humorously highlights different scenarios when a faulty appliance can impact daily life and showcases the solution of upgrading with Appliances Online. This campaign will be advertised across BVOD, OOH Transit and Social media.

Winning Group, established in 1906, incorporates nine business entities including Appliances Online, Winning Appliances, Rogerseller, Spence & Lyda, Andoo, Home Clearance, Winning Services, Ora Restaurant and Heelix. The group is led by CEO John Winning and is recognised for its commitment to customer service and quality.

John Winning, CEO of Winning Group, said, “We bring homes to life. It’s what we’ve done for more than a century. We’ve grown close to our customers and learned the importance of every stage and experience of their journey. Our promise to them, to provide the best experience in the world, is so they can live their best lives”.

According to Katharina Kuehn, Chief Neuroscience & Strategy Officer at Winning Group, “Our new brand campaigns highlight our customer promise and demonstrate how our unrivalled shopping experiences of renovating your home with Winnings or upgrading your appliances with Appliances Online, help Australians enjoy their best life at home. We have used neuroscientific principles to understand our customers and collaborated with Daragh Ledwidge, Creative Director at Step Change, and Heckler, to guide the design of our creative campaigns to be emotionally relevant”.
