KMint aims to improve creative industry business nous with 'Dial it Up' roadshow
KMint, a finance specialist in the creative industry, is set to launch its inaugural 'Dial it Up' roadshow. The series of half-day workshops is designed to inspire and educate leaders in the creative and agency sector on business management topics.
The event will take place in Sydney on March 13, followed by Brisbane on March 14, and Melbourne on March 15.
The lineup includes industry experts from finance and legal backgrounds. Speakers include Kathryn Williams, Amanda J Little, April Thomas, and Nick Tomlinson. The topics to be discussed range from shaping future leaders, developing soft skills, client growth and retention, legal strategies for agency success, managing agency profitability, and revenue strategies.
In addition to the workshops, the event will also feature a 90-day sprint challenge for teams to brainstorm on how to enhance their agencies. This challenge provides an opportunity for teams to apply the insights and strategies discussed during the workshops in a practical setting.
"Having spent the last 20 years working with smaller agency businesses I understand where the challenges are for agency leaders who are often technical specialists but don’t have management training," Kathryn Williams, the Founder of KMint and curator of Dial it Up, said.
"'Dial it Up' is an opportunity to delve into practical insights, collaborate with industry experts, and ignite the financial and operational potential of creative agencies. I'm excited to share insights on unleashing revenue, strategic financial decision-making, optimising client impact and maximising the value of ideas.
"‘Dial it Up’ is a fantastic opportunity for agency owners, senior staff, and financial teams to tap into wisdom from experienced experts, confirming and beefing up those growth goals for 2024."
To cement learnings, KMint will run a 90-day sprint challenge to get your team back at the agency brainstorming on how to give their agencies a boost, Williams added.
