The content series delves into the psychological aspects of AFL football, revealing stories from behind the scenes at the Melbourne Football Club.

The latest episode features rising star Jacob Van Rooyen, who shares insights into his career, his approach to handling pressure, and how he balances his football schedule with studying and surfing. This series is part of an ongoing collaboration between Melbourne Football Club and IG, which began in 2015.
