MYOB and M&C Saatchi launch 'Everyone’s Business' campaign to spotlight SMEs

MYOB has teamed up with creative company M&C Saatchi Group to launch a new retail campaign titled 'Everyone’s Business'. The campaign aims to underscore the significant role small businesses play in invigorating communities.

The campaign is now live across various platforms including digital, out-of-home (OOH), and broadcast video on demand (BVOD). The creative strategy of the campaign seeks to move beyond the conventional portrayal of businesses and instead, spotlight the people behind these businesses in a lighthearted and playful manner.

It represents the inaugural project under the New Model Business Lead (NMBL) model, a collaborative approach that brings together MYOB’s in-house experts and M&C Saatchi’s creative team.

MYOB’s platform offers tools designed to make managing a small business less stressful and more efficient. The campaign was launched through an integrated media buy via iProspect, supported by Social, Display and Search via Sparro by Brainlabs.

"‘Everyone’s Business’ is about recognising and celebrating the vital role SMEs play in the Australian way of life. Their success has a phenomenal impact, not only on a macroeconomic level, but on a very personal level, for the communities they operate in. There’s a ripple effect that’s activated by how smoothly a business runs. When local business thrives, communities thrive. That’s what we sought to highlight with this first campaign," said Dean Chadwick, Chief Marketing Officer at MYOB.

With nearly two-thirds of Australians employed by small to medium businesses, their success can have a substantial effect. "This campaign highlights how MYOB empowers business owners to seamlessly manage everything from payroll to expenses, benefiting not just the businesses themselves but the entire community around them. Ultimately, it really is everyone's business," said Scott Dettrick, National Executive Creative Director at M&C Saatchi.

The retail campaign has launched across OOH and BVOD through an integrated media buy via iProspect, supported by Social, Display and Search via Sparro by Brainlabs.
