Yango media agency kicks off 2024 with trio of new client wins

Independent media agency Yango has started its year on a high note, adding three new clients to its roster: Scape, CBHS Health, and Everau.

Each of these clients presents unique challenges and opportunities, and Yango said its track record and approach have been key factors in securing these partnerships.

Scape, a student accommodation provider with 17,000 residents across 35 buildings in Australia, with an additional 10 in development, has ambitious expansion plans to grow to 22,000 beds by the end of 2024. Yango's seven-year working relationship with The University of Sydney has given the agency a deep understanding of Scape's target market and consumer journey.

Scape General Manager of Brand and Marketing, Rosalind Lill, spoke highly of Yango's energy and commitment to work with the brand on achieving its media goals.

"We were impressed with Yango’s credentials in the education space and the team just seemed like a good fit," she said.

CBHS Health, a not-for-profit health insurance fund insuring more than 272,000 people, has also chosen Yango as its media partner. The agency's task will be to focus on driving new member acquisition for the fund by dialling up a performance media focus.

The third new client, Everau, is a Sydney-based Australian fashion brand. Yango's role will be to raise awareness of the brand and its range.

Yango's Managing Partner, Nick Murdoch (pictured), said the wins mark a strong start to the year for Yango.

"Our team continues to work hard for our clients, and we’ve been able to showcase technical ability and media craft while building positive relationships with our clients. We always try to bring everything back to being people focused, results driven, it’s our tagline but also our guiding principles," he said.

Yango is a full-service media agency and a member of Independent Media Agencies of Australia. Its clients includes EV Direct & BYD, Toby’s Estate, Acto Pharma, Frasers Property Industrial, CBHS Health, Grow My Money, Education Services Australia, and Goliath Games.
