Novated Lease Australia (NLA), has launched a new app aimed at simplifying lease management for customers and upping its experience and personalisation game.

The app, exclusively available to NLA customers, offers features to track, claim, and manage leases from anywhere, at any time. It includes options for viewing bundled budgets for fuel, tyres, insurance, registration, and maintenance. The app also streamlines the reimbursement process, allowing users to lodge claims and receive real-time updates on their progress, and delivers personalised alerts and direct access to immediate customer support.

"Our purpose has always been to make novated leases as accessible and convenient as possible for our customers. With the introduction of our new app, we are making novated leasing more streamlined than ever before by using technology to deliver an exceptional leasing experience," said Bevan Guest, CEO of Novated Lease Australia.

NLA was established in 2022 and works with thousands of customers to finance lease vehicles and bundle essential car payments into their pre-tax salary. The company said it's facilitated the switch from diesel or petrol cars to electric vehicles (EVs) for many Australians, enabling them to benefit from Federal Government EV incentives without a large upfront payment.

The NLA app is available for download on Apple and Android devices. NLA operates from offices across Australia, including a central hub in Sydney and additional branches in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Adelaide.
