Hotwire unveils trio of data and analytics intelligence offerings

Hotwire, a global technology communications and marketing consultancy, has launched three new data intelligence offerings: MessagingIQ, NewsroomIQ, and IQBrief.

The trio of solutions are designed to harness advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and comprehensive data insights to assist organisations in identifying impactful messaging, storylines, reporters, and influencers.

These new solutions supplement Hotwire’s existing suite of four data and analytics solutions: PR measurement dashboard CommsIQ, digital marketing measurement platform PerformanceIQ, audience insights tool AudienceIQ, and ABM account intelligence platform AccountIQ.

MessagingIQ amalgamates audience intelligence, language and trend analysis, and extensive media and competitor data to identify emerging topics and trends. It aligns these with pre-defined messaging pillars and dynamically updates message houses.

NewsroomIQ consolidates multiple data sources to deliver an always-on newsroom service for clients. This enables PR teams to glean insights from millions of online media sources and social posts. Key features touted include analysing media and social posts to pinpoint more engaging topics, as well as those pertaining to brands.

IQBrief utilises generative AI to automate the manual processes involved in gathering and summarising relevant news stories. This expands news coverage and enhances the speed and efficiency of media briefings. Hotwire said this can be used to create customisable news briefings tailored to different stakeholders.

Clients such as Discord, Avanade, and ABB have already begun utilising these new solutions. Hotwire, Global Head of Data and Analytics, Matt Oakley, describes these offerings as about "transforming data into strategic assets".

"Each product is designed to turn data into actionable insights and strategic decisions. These tools are not just about measuring outcomes; they are about shaping them. With these innovative offerings, our clients are equipped to anticipate and lead trends, not just follow them, and make smarter, faster decisions aligned to business goals,” he said.

These new solutions are available immediately.
