The Works bolsters leadership team with four key promotions
The Works, a division of Capgemini, has unveiled a series of promotions across its operations, project management, creative, and finance departments, underscoring its commitment to internal growth and career progression.
Jen Hird, a veteran of The Works with eight years under her belt, has been elevated to the newly created role of General Manager of Operations. Hird's promotion from her previous position as Head of Project Management signals the agency's strategic move to streamline its operations.
In a statement, Managing Director Julie Dormand said, "The Works has a strong focus on hiring from within and career progression opportunities for our staff. These promotions are a reflection of this and our belief in creating significance in people's lives and careers."
Rosie Carey, previously a Creative Project Leader, has been promoted to Head of Project Management, a move that highlights the agency's commitment to nurturing creative talent.
In the creative department, Senior Creative Tim Brothers has been elevated to Creative Lead, joining forces with Chris Dwyer. This strategic move aims to bolster the agency's creative output and further enhance its reputation in the industry.
In the finance department, Maria Nguyen has been promoted from Finance Director to Finance and HR Admin Director. In her new role, Nguyen will oversee the financial aspect of the agency and manage the onboarding process for new talent, a critical role in the agency's growth strategy.
Damian Pincus, Founder and Creative Partner, expressed his excitement about the agency's evolution.
