TLC Healthcare taps Frank Digital to launch new integrated digital platform
TLC Healthcare, an Australian provider of integrated healthcare services, has launched a new digital platform in collaboration with Jaywing agency, Frank Digital.
The new platform is designed to improve customer experience, enhance web navigation, and streamline online data capture for better lead generation and customer follow-up.
Frank Digital was appointed to lead the redesign of TLC Healthcare's online presence. The new platform leverages TLC’s new HubSpot CRM platform and consolidates TLC Healthcare’s 35+ websites into a single, unified digital platform. The redesign involved a complete overhaul of the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
The new website aims to more effectively communicate TLC Healthcare’s mission and breadth of services. Animations have been added throughout the site to add personality to the brand. TLC Healthcare is looking to disrupt the aged care and healthcare space by co-locating owned and operated residential aged care, community medical centres, health clubs, early learning centres, registered training facilities and commercial cafés, across Melbourne and Geelong.

Among the new additions are animations throughout the site to add personality to the brand.

Jaywing recently announced its launch in Asia, extending relationships with existing clients including Crocs, Sitecore, and New Balance.
