Havas Red launches strategic communications service for B2B brands

Havas Red has launched INDUSTRY, a new global strategic communications service designed specifically for B2B brands.

Led by experts in media relations, social and content, and experiential communications, INDUSTRY aims to provide a comprehensive suite of services to B2B brands. These services include Reputation Management, Executive Visibility, Brand and Product Excitement, Crisis and Issues Management, and Social and Content.

James Wright, global CEO of the HAVAS Red Group and global chair of the HAVAS PR Global Network, emphasised the importance of B2B leaders maintaining a positive reputation. "Now is a critical time for B2B leaders to build and maintain a positive reputation, and that really does take a village," Wright said. He also highlighted the increasing expectations for B2B companies to align with ideals around purpose, a demand amplified by the 24-7, multichannel news environment.

INDUSTRY leverages HAVAS Red's proprietary merged media strategic model, blending traditional and digital publishing, content, social media and data. The service is part of the HAVAS PR Global Network, which comprises approximately 40 agencies worldwide and over 1,300 employees. HAVAS Red was named Campaign's Global PR Network of the Year in 2023 and PRovoke Media's EMEA Agency of the Year in 2024.

In addition to the launch of INDUSTRY, HAVAS Red has released a whitepaper titled 'Inside Person-to-Person (P2P) Communications: Brand Stewardship via Human Connection'. The whitepaper provides insights into reputation management, expectations of CEOs, the rising influence of influencers, and future trends for brands and businesses.
