Verint leads APAC market in workforce management: Frost & Sullivan
Verint has been recognised as the leading provider of workforce management (WFM), quality monitoring (QM) and analytics solutions in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This recognition comes from research firm Frost & Sullivan, which awarded Verint's contact centre platform top market share leadership scores in each of these segments, according to the 'Asia-Pacific Contact Center Applications Tracker, 2023' report.
Verint was also named a leader in Frost & Sullivan's 'Evaluation of End-to-End Customer Experience Platform Landscape', reinforcing its position as a dominant player in contact centre applications and operations. The company was recognised as leading the WFM, QM and analytics segments in multiple individual countries around the APAC region, including Australia, India, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong.
According to the award, a key factor in Verint's market leadership is its AI-powered open platform approach. "Organisations are increasingly embracing cloud-based, omnichannel solutions with advanced AI-powered analytics and automation to ensure business continuity and competitive differentiation in a post-pandemic landscape. Vendors like Verint with its AI-powered open platform approach have been at the forefront of these technological changes, further strengthening its reputation as a market leader," says Krishna Baidya, senior director at Frost & Sullivan.
