Ooh!media welcomes Lisa Green as chief people and culture officer

oOh!media has recruited Lisa Green as its new Chief People and Culture Officer.

Green, who previously served as the head of human resources at ASX Group for eight years, brings over 25 years of experience in HR, employee relations, and vendor management to the role.

Green's career has seen her hold senior positions at global financial giants such as Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan, in both Sydney and New York. Her extensive experience and strategic leadership skills are expected to be instrumental in driving oOh!media's broader business strategy and ambitious growth plans.

In her new role, Green will be responsible for delivering the company's strategy across its 900-strong team, including its values and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) objectives. Her appointment comes at a time when oOh!media is pushing forward with its digital transformation program and is set to play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and people management strategies.

"Lisa’s strong strategic leadership will be instrumental in the delivery of our wider business strategy, broader digital transformational program and ambitious growth plans," said Cathy O’Connor, CEO of oOh!media. "With core competencies in change management, stakeholder engagement and leadership development, she has a strong record in supporting organisational growth and will be the custodian of key cultural programs."

Despite being new to the media industry, Green is excited about the opportunities that oOh!media presents.

"As a large, dynamic and transformative business that leads its sector, oOh! presents exciting opportunities to bring my experience and passions for creating high-performance cultures that foster collaboration, innovation and excellence, to the fore," she said. " Cathy has a clear people and culture vision and I look forward to working with her in further developing how we attract, retain and develop its brilliant team."

Green is set to commence her role at oOh!media in the new year. The company, which employs around 800 people across Australia and New Zealand, reported revenues of $592.6 million in 2022.
