Former WPP, Droga5, Landor & Fitch HR exec launches HR consultancy for creative services industry
Aoife Brennan, former WPP Group People Director, has launched MADE HR, a business offering HR and coaching services specifically tailored for the creative industry in Australia.
Having previously led human resources for agencies Droga5 and Landor & Fitch, Brennan's new venture aims to elevate creative businesses by fostering exceptional cultures, teams, and leadership.
MADE HR recognises the pivotal role that HR plays in shaping the landscape of the creative sector, which includes fields such as advertising, marketing, architecture, design, film, music, publishing, and television. The company's approach involves collaborating with founders and leaders to customise people and culture solutions.
"Great leaders, teams, and cultures aren't just born; they're made," said Brennan.
"I understand the balance of providing structure without limiting creative freedom. MADE was created to support ambitious creative businesses and agencies to flourish. HR is often overlooked until it becomes a necessity. From writing employee contracts to resolving disputes, we handle the complexities, allowing businesses to build their dream team without the hefty cost of an internal HR department."
MADE HR offers a range of services, from evidence-based coaching to strategic planning, inventive, purpose-led initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations.
