Seven's 7REDiQ insights to include Weatherzone, location data
The Seven Network has announced a strategic data partnership with Weatherzone and location technology provider LandmarksID, capturing location data from users to bolster the profiles of their 6 million 7Plus users.
What you need to know:
- People using the 7plus app who check the weather on the Weatherzone app will have their location recorded, adding to the data profile Seven has on its audience.
- Initial estimates show 7plus and Weatherzone share 650,000 consumers.
- Weatherzone, and location tech provider LandmarksID, join TEG, Carsguide, Mastercard and Unpacked by Flybuys in partnering with Seven.
- The data adds depth to the 6 million people who use the 7plus platform.
Marketers using Seven's 7REDiQ platform will have access to location and consumer data after a new partnership with Weatherzone.
Seven says the strategic data partnership, which also includes location technology provider LandmarksID, means "even richer insights" into the behaviour of more than six million people registered with the network's 7plus platform.
Weatherzone joins TEG, Carsguide, Mastercard and Unpacked by Flybuys as a second-party data partner.
Seven West Media Network's Digital Sales Director, Nicole Bence, said: “As our 7plus audience check the weather on their Weatherzone app, we will capture their location data and build it into 7REDiQ. Early data suggests 7plus and Weatherzone share more than 650,000 consumers, providing more than enough scale to build out a nationally representative panel of people and their location habits.
