QMS renews partnership with the Royal Children's Hospital's Good Friday Appeal

QMS, a leading digital outdoor media company, has renewed its partnership with The Royal Children's Hospital's Good Friday Appeal for the 2024 fundraising campaign in Melbourne.

The Good Friday Appeal fundraiser, which has been in operation since 1931, has been instrumental in enabling The Royal Children's Hospital to provide research, equipment, technology, and patient care programs.

The community-wide event culminates in a telethon broadcast by Channel 7 on Good Friday. Over its 93-year history, the Good Friday Appeal has raised over $444 million, with last year's event raising a record-breaking $23 million. QMS's support extends across its network of digital large format sites around Melbourne from the launch of the appeal.

This year's campaign will be larger, reaching across more of QMS' expansive digital network. The community will be introduced to Faces of the Appeal - Emily and Finley - both of whom are currently being treated at The Royal Children's Hospital. Donations can be made online at www.goodfridayappeal.com.au or by calling 1300 APPEAL on the day of the Good Friday Appeal Telethon (29 March).

"We are thrilled to be a part of this very special cause for the second year running. It's a privilege to increase awareness of the Good Friday Appeal for The Royal Children's Hospital which - thanks to continued community support and donations - is at the forefront of paediatric care," said QMS Chief Operating Officer Sara Lappage.

The Royal Children Good Friday Appeal Executive Director, Rebecca Cowan, expressed her gratitude to QMS for their continued support.

"We are truly grateful to QMS for their generous support of the Good Friday Appeal, helping The Royal Children's Hospital continue to deliver world class care to sick children and their families."

In addition to its support for The Royal Children's Hospital, QMS is also the official outdoor media partner of the Australian Olympic Team for the Paris 2024 Olympic Summer Games, the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, and the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games.
