Inventium appoints Accenture's Tina McIntosh as CEO

Inventium has filled the CEO role left vacated by Michaelle Le Poidevin in Februating, recruiting Tina McIntosh to helm the behavioural science consultancy.

McIntosh joins from Accenture Australia, where she spent the last three years covering talent acquisition and human resources. Prior to this, she spent two-and-a-half years working for Perceptor as a consulting in digital, sales and marketing executive search.

McIntosh's professional career history includes general management roles with The Travel Corporation, plus significant time in the media industry. This included director of marketing, communications and commercial partnerships at Viacom/CBS, plus marketing, sponsorship and partnership management at Foxtel Group, Nine Entertainment and Bauer (now Are Media).

The company shared the news in a post made to LinkedIn: ""We are thrilled to introduce Tina McIntosh as the new CEO of Inventium .... With her incredible vision and passion for innovation, Tina is the perfect match to lead us into a bright future. We can't wait to see the amazing heights we will reach together under her leadership. Here's to a new chapter of growth, creativity, and success. Tina has awesome experience, working in top-tier consultancies, global sales and marketing and HR with a huge passion for creating progressive workplaces."

The appointment comes after founder of Inventium, Amantha Imber, posted a $5000 reward for anyone who could find the consultancy group a new CEO after Le Poidevin stepped down after a decade with the firm.

"Its a unicorn workplace and I leave with so many learnings, great memories and friends. I couldn't be more grateful to Amantha for all the opportunities she's given me, and for all my clever, hilarious and simply brilliant teammates that I've had the absolute privilege of working alongside," Le Poidevin said at the time.
