Bendigo Bank launches first major brand campaign in 6 years

Bendigo Bank has launched its first significant brand campaign since 2018, 'Bigger for you'. The platform is an evolution of the ‘Better Big Bank’ platform positioning, reinforcing Bendigo Bank as a challenger brand.

The campaign is the first work created for the brand by Dig, after the independent creative agency was appointed as the bank's lead creative agency following a competitive pitch in 2023. The work is set to be rolled out across cinema, TV, digital, and social platforms, and will also be visible throughout the bank's retail network.

The bank, which has 2.5 million customers, aims to double down on its position as a customer-centric institution that combines the capabilities of the big four banks with a more personalised approach.

CEO and Managing Director of Bendigo Bank, Marnie Baker, said: "We have worked hard to earn the trust of our 2.5 million customers and we’re ready to help even more Australians reach their financial goals. We are better than a big four bank because we are bigger for what matters most to customers. For your money, for your business, for your community and for you."

The 'Bigger for you' concept implies that Bendigo Bank offers a superior experience from both an impact and customer perspective. The campaign's ethos aligns with the bank's commitment to putting the customer at the centre of everything it does.
