Accolade, one of the world's largest winemakers, owns the Hardy's brand, alongside around 40 others internationally.
The deal comes as rival Treasury Wine Estates moves to in-house digital media and creative.
For Accolade, Havas will handle media strategy, planning and buying across the group as well as planning and buying for global campaigns.
