As demand soars, Aussie Home Loans backs geospational OOH targeting to find home loan refinancers
Aussie Home Loans is backing JCDecaux’s geolocation and geospatial data to find people more likely to refinance their mortgages as rates rise - targeting them across its billboards and online over a campaign running in Sydney and Melbourne this month.
Aussie Home Loans is backing JCDecaux’s geolocation and geospatial data to find people more likely to refinance their mortgages as rates rise.
Per sites such as Finder, demand and searches for better homeloan deals has spiked in recent months.
The campaign via Initiative and sister performance agency Matterkind aims to target the audience as they move throughout the day – out of home and then online. It does this by matching mobile device location data to audiences and then retargeting them online – and vice versa.
JCDecaux has already used the technology to hire 21 staff, advertising to commuters via its own billboards and then on smaller personal screens. Chief Commercial Officer Max Eburne said “integrated, omnichannel campaigns, is where we see the future of Out-of-Home. It’s very exciting to see brands such as Aussie lead the way”.
The campaign will initially run across JCDecaux Digital Large Format sites in Sydney and Melbourne for two weeks, over a three-week campaign period during October.
