In a changing scene.
Cue Clothing looks for combined marketing and digital director
Cue Clothing Co is on the hunt for a Marketing and Digital Director, a newly created role covering both omnichannel marketing strategies as well as its loyalty program and digital function management.
The advertised role comes after a couple of years of shape-shifting for the clothing retailer's IT and digital functions. the group's long serving CIO, Shane Lenton, left in 2022 and was then replaced by chief information and digital officer, Simon Revelman in June last year. However, Revelman was out just five months later, switching clothes for QSR businesses and becoming CIO of Craveable Brands.
On the marketing side, Cue Clothing also maintains a group brand director, Kate Bielenberg.
According to the job post, the marketing and digital director position will drive development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies, as well as strategies for building and enhancing its two brands - Cue and Veronika Maine - driving future demand and positively shifting customer perceptions. The remit also includes production of all creative assets to align with brand standards and campaign goals, the re-design, re-launch, and optimisation of brand loyalty programs, improving customer segmentation, journey building, and personalisation techniques to drive customer engagement and increase lifetime value, and overseeing the digital team, providing strategic guidance to both e-commerce and digital marketing plans.
Cue noted the role manages the full marketing and digital budget and has responsibility for mentoring and developing the marketing and digital teams, "fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous process improvement".
Separately, Cue is also looking for a head of store experience to drive visual merchandising, store design and experience across both Cue and Veronika Maine brands.
