Full-service marketing agency, SBM, has relocated to the Morris Moor precinct of Moorabbin in Melbourne, following an extensive base-build refurbishment and studio fit-out that began in December 2023.

The studios span 1,500 square metres and feature the largest studio spaces and cycloramas in the state, designed to foster creativity and collaboration with natural light, high ceilings, and cutting-edge amenities.

The move is part of SBM's ongoing commitment to enhance customer service and strengthen its regional presence. Facilities at the new location include food kitchens, collaborative workspaces, hair and makeup studios, a breakout lounge, an outdoor terrace, and a professional-grade sound studio for voiceovers and podcasting.

The site offers onsite parking and loading docks and is located near a dynamic community of tenants, including Click Collective, Info Media, and New Balance. Suppliers for the project included design firm Made For, builder Murwil Constructions, and products for the fit-out from Officeworks and Harvey Norman, two of SBM's biggest clients.
