Telstra taps Infosys to accelerate digital transformation journey

Telstra has commenced a multi-year collaboration with global digital services and consulting leader, Infosys, as the telecommunications business looks to expediate its software engineering and IT transformation journey, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.

Infosys will introduce its AI-first suite of offerings, Infosys Topaz, and its cloud suite, Infosys Cobalt, to simplify the technology landscape and enable Telstra to continue its transformation into an innovation-led enterprise. The partnership will also see Infosys introduce modern product engineering practices to elevate Telstra's customer and employee experience.

Group Executive, Product and Technology at Telstra, Kim Krogh Andersen, said: "Consumers around the world have significantly increased their expectations when it comes to the seamless, digital delivery of their products and services. As we approach the tipping point of Generative AI and an avalanche of digital adoption, strategic partnerships with global leaders such as Infosys are critical to support our shared ambitions for digital leadership."
