Sales and success unite,
Under Helena's keen sight,
For Impact's new height.
Impact.com aligns ANZ sales and customer success teams, promotes Helena Barroso Zarco
Partnership management platform, Impact.com, has restructured its ANZ sales and customer success teams under the leadership of Helena Barroso Zarco, who has been promoted to Director, Customer Success and Sales ANZ.
Barroso Zarco brings over a decade of experience in affiliate marketing, having led partnership programmes for brands such as eBay and Swarovski. She joined Impact.com in 2021, previously serving as the Customer Success Director, ANZ and SEA.
According to APAC Managing Director at Impact.com, Adam Furness, aligning sales and customer success from the outset of any deal is crucial for a successful partnership programme.
"Building long-term relationships with our customers is key to winning, retaining, and growing revenue. Consequently, we obsess over our customers’ success knowing that in powering their business growth, we power our own," he said. "By aligning our sales and customer success teams in ANZ under Helena, we’ll be able to work more closely together to ensure continuous growth for the brands, agencies and publishers that we serve."
The company has also expanded its Melbourne team with two new hires: Simone Lawson as a Customer Success Manager and Jess Taylor as an Enterprise Account Executive. Lawson previously worked at Student Beans (now Pion) for five years, while Taylor brings over six years of experience in the technology and loyalty space, most recently as Partnerships Manager at Wink, a customer acquisition and retention specialist agency.
"Our customers are our true north, with their experience at the centre of our thinking. Uniting the sales and customer success teams sets a new standard for how we drive excellence and innovation throughout our customers’ partnership journey," said Barroso Zarco.
