Lovehoney, the global sexual wellness brand, has announced the launch of its AI advisor, the Lovehoney A.I.ssistant. This first-of-its-kind tool is designed to provide tailored sexual wellness advice and product recommendations to users.

The Lovehoney A.I.ssistant is built on large language models like OpenAI and is enriched by over 20 years of sexual wellness expertise, user research, and advice articles. The tool allows users to ask unlimited questions related to sex and provides personalised and discreet advice based on Lovehoney's expertise.

In addition to advice, the A.I.ssistant also offers shopping suggestions tailored to user preferences. These recommendations are connected to Lovehoney's extensive product database, offering personalised product picks for users.

According to Lovehoney data, 33% of people would feel more comfortable talking to an AI-based program than a human about masturbation and sex techniques. Furthermore, 69% of Australians admit they never discuss masturbation with friends or in social settings, indicating a need for a safe, anonymous environment to explore queries around sexuality.
