Cresco Data recruits Affinity to launch 'MarketPlace Maximizer'

Cresco Data, a division of US-based company Pitney Bowes, has teamed up with full-service marketing company Affinity to launch a new e-commerce platform named 'MarketPlace Maximizer'.

The platform, which processes over 200 million events each month, is used by more than 1,700 merchants and boasts a monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) exceeding $60 million.

MarketPlace Maximizer is designed to assist e-commerce businesses in selling their products across more than 130 online marketplaces. It offers a zero-code Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, making it an accessible tool for businesses of all sizes.

Managing Director of Cresco Data, Mark Gray, said: “Affinity immediately grasped our product vision and business objectives. They provided a robust business case that highlighted the global potential of our platform, transitioning us from concept to a world-class, highly polished marketplace SaaS platform.”

Affinity's role in the project was to transform an engineering proof-of-concept into a market-ready SaaS platform. This involved a range of tasks, including naming and identity creation, developing the design system, onboarding flows, product advisement, and strategically building out the feature set.
