Vevo launches ad-supported TV channel across Samsung TVs in Australia
Major music video network Vevo has rolled out its Vevo Pop linear CTV channel to Australia, an ad-supported format that, it says, reaches 40 per cent of Australians each month.

Vevo, the global music video network, has launched a linear TV channel with ads on Samsung connected TVs.
Through a partnership between Vevo and Samsung TV Plus, the network launched a channel in the US in 2019 and in the UK and Europe in 2021. The Vevo Pop channel includes pop genre music videos from international talent like The Weeknd, Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift, as well as Australians like Tame Impala, Iggy Azalea and Sia.
Vevo says it reaches 40 per cent of Australians each month, with its CTV viewership growing 26 per cent year-on-year to nearly 6 million each month.
The channel’s launch in Australia “further expands our CTV footprint for advertisers looking to reach consumers, especially digitally native and younger demographics, in the living room at scale,” Steve Sos, Vevo’s Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, said.
