GroupM names new Commerce GM, Head of Investment Intelligence
GroupM has announced two new senior hires, boosting its commerce and intelligence arms.

- GroupM has named two new senior hires: Sean Bone, who joins as General Manager of Commerce, and Adam Peruch, who joins as Head of Investment Intelligence.
- Commerce is a big growth area for agencies as brands don’t always hold ecommerce skills in-house.
WPP’s media investment group, GroupM, has named two new senior commerce and investment leads.
Sean Bone has been appointed as General Manager, Commerce, replacing Roger Dunn, who left the agency after six years.
Bone has worked at Colgate Palmolive and SC Johnson in Australia and New York, and most recently he was Head of eCommerce and Customer Marketing at Diageowhere he built and scaled commerce operations and had a senior marketing role.
Adam Peruch, formerly MediaCom’s Group Investment Director, has been appointed as Head of Investment Intelligence. He has worked for more than 20 years on both agency and publisher side.
“Over the past 18 months we’ve seen commerce accelerate in Australia, and globally,” GroupM ANZ CEO Aimee Buchanan said. “We’re investing in building capabilities that help us support our agencies and their clients in areas that make a difference.”
