Adam Furness: Big growth plans ahead of planned IPO.

Virgin Australia, The PAS Group, True Protein, JS Health, Compare Club, Jabra and MyRepublic have signed up locally to brand partnership platform Impact. The firm aims to double headcount in a bid to scale ahead of a planned IPO and is wooing talent with 26 weeks parental leave.

Partnership management platform Impact has signed up Virgin Australia, The PAS Group, True Protein, JS Health, Compare Club, Jabra and MyRepublic. The firm, which secured $150m in funding in July, also locally onboarded Big Red Group, Coles, HSBC, Puma, ZeroCo and Zeller in 2021

After smashing 2021 targets, impact.com Apac MD Adam Furness said the firm is eyeing "exponential growth in 2022 as Google phases out the third-party cookie and marketers readjust their strategies to reach and convert their audiences via authentic, revenue-driving partnerships".

As it bids to attract talent in an increasingly tight market, ahead of a planed IPO, impact.com also announced a company-wide paid parental leave policy, with 26 weeks for parents. The firm aims to double the number of its employees across APAC by early 2022.

Earlier this year, the company closed a $150 million round of funding at a $1.5 billion valuation in preparation for an IPO, which will enable impact.com to double the number of its employees across APAC by early 2022. In order to attract top talent, impact.com has also announced a company-wide paid parental leave policy, offering 26 weeks for parents.
