Washington started in the role in May and followed an extensive search. He has held roles at Deepend, Publicis and WPP, covering clients like IKEA, BT, Electrolux, Procter & Gamble, Porsche, Foxtel, Kelloggs and Virgin Mobile.
Will Lavender, the founder of CX Lavender, welcomed Washington to the role, citing his strategic and digital nous.
CX Lavender has clients like Westpac, St.George, nbn, RAMS, BT, RAA, Amex, Audi, EB Games, GameStop, headspace Australia and Stockland.
