Bendigo Bank retains most trusted bank title in Roy Morgan's latest rankings

Bendigo Bank has again topped Roy Morgan's trust rankings for banks, with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 27.8 points above the industry average, based on a six-month rolling average.

The bank, which engages in a range of community-based projects and grants across Australia, was recognised across multiple categories, also landing the title of the most trusted agribusiness bank, as voted by an extensive panel of 30,000 farmers.

Bendigo Bank CEO and Managing Director, Marnie Baker, attributed the recognition to the bank's commitment to customer satisfaction, quality products, and innovative digital offerings. "Bendigo Bank is consistently recognised as Australia’s most trusted bank because we continue to put our customers at the centre of everything we do. We are dedicated to building even stronger relationships with our 2.6 million customers by prioritising integrity, reliability, and customer-centricity."

"We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and contribute to thousands of community-strengthening projects across Australia through sponsorships and grants made through our unique Community Bank model," Baker said. "Our digital offerings are both convenient and empowering for our customers. Through user-friendly interfaces, best practice security measures, and a commitment to continuous improvement, we are building a competitive digital experience that aligns with the evolving needs of our customers."

"Bendigo Bank remains committed to delivering on our purpose of feeding into the prosperity of our customers and the community, not off them."
