Auswide Bank, La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Colgate named in YouGov's top brands for women

YouGov has released its 2024 Women’s Rankings, revealing the top-performing brands for female customers in the financial and personal care sectors. The rankings are based on YouGov’s Brand Index, a syndicated brand tracker that collects data on thousands of brands daily.

The data was gathered from former and current customers of financial service providers and personal care brands between 1st March 2023 and 29th February 2024.

In the financial services sector, Auswide Bank took first place with a score of 69.54, calculated as an average of six metrics: Impression, Quality, Value, Customer Satisfaction, Recommendation, and Consideration. Second place in the financial services sector was claimed by buy-now, pay-later platform, Pay in 4 by PayPal, with a score of 68.28, followed by Beyond Bank at 65.71.

For personal care brands, skincare brand La Roche-Posay achieved the highest average score with 67.81. In second place for personal care brands was CeraVe, with a score of 63.94, followed by Colgate at 61.80.

The rankings provide valuable insights into brand performance and customer preferences in these sectors, particularly among female consumers. Brands can leverage this data to understand their standing in the market and strategise to improve their appeal to this demographic. As the financial and personal care sectors continue to evolve, it will be interesting to see how these rankings shift and which brands will rise to the top in the future.
