Eagle Eye partners with Neophyte.ai for real-time personalised marketing in retail

The collaboration will leverage Neophyte’s product 'Sentinel', which tracks the profile and behaviour of consumers in a retail outlet by leveraging real-time visual intelligence.

By combining Sentinel with Eagle Eye’s real-time personalised marketing solutions, the AI-enabled technology can deliver real-time engagement that directly leverages a customer’s context and potential purchase intent. Eagle Eye's AIR Wallet allows retailers to understand customer preferences and habits, enabling personalised offers and promotions.

Neophyte's Sentinel, powered by Amiware, transforms brick-and-mortar retail operations with advanced Visual AI, enhancing customer experiences and store operations. Neophyte’s Amiware Solutions are empowering over 1000 brands, 500+ stores, and 5+ major metro-warehouses across India.

Eagle Eye's AIR platform is currently powering loyalty and customer engagement solutions for enterprises worldwide, including Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose and John Lewis & Partners, JD Sports, Pret a Manger, Loblaws, Southeastern Grocers, Giant Eagle, and the Woolworths Group.
