Initiative Australia names Spanish digital exec to national role
Spanish digital exec Álvaro Anguita will be joining Initiative Australia as its National Head of Digital, working from its Sydney office from May.

- Initiative has promoted Rebecca Harris to Sydney Head of Digital. She’ll be working closely with Anguita.
Initiative Australia has named Álvaro Anguita, a Business Lead for IPG Mediabrands Madrid’s performance agency Reprise, as its new National Head of Digital, joining its Sydney office in May.
Anguita has held several high-profile digital roles, including Digital Business and Clients Director at Publicis Media Group and Audience Manager at Neo@Ogilvy, part of WPP. He has worked for more than a decade in digital marketing, strategic management, planning and business development, and has a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing.

Anguita said: “My job is to work with Mel and her team and continue to build that momentum and see our people and our business grow alongside some of the best, bravest clients out there.”
Initiative has also promoted Rebecca Harris to Sydney Head of Digital, reporting to GM Sydney, Jo McAllister. She’ll be working closely with Anguita.
