Digital Balance joins forces with OneSignal on customer engagement platform
Digital Balance has become the first Australian solutions partner for customer engagement platform, OneSignal. The platform offers a suite of tech solutions designed to help businesses engage and retain users across web and mobile channels. OneSignal's offerings include push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and SMS.
Digital Balance will assist businesses in implementing, configuring, and optimising OneSignal’s solutions to maximise marketing effectiveness and impact. Globally, OneSignal's customers include DHL, Whole Foods, and Royal Caribbean International.
