View Media Group acquires The Property Agency, expands full-service comms offering
View Media Group (VMG) has acquired specialist property communications agency, The Property Agency (TPA), as the property platform expands beyond the traditional listings model
The acquisition of TPA is set to complete VMG's full-service communications offering for developers and project marketers. The move will allow clients to have a single brief covering both creative and media, aiming to improve the alignment of client responses and ease of execution in the market.
"We are thrilled to welcome founder Bob St. Julian, Managing Partner Carl Mogridge and the entire team at TPA to the VMG family. I’ve been working with the team for many years and could not speak more highly of them as operators and the quality of the work they produce," said VMG Executive Chairman, Antony Catalano.
Established in 2004, TPA has grown to a team of 35 staff across Sydney and Brisbane, specialising in creative services for the property sector, with a focus on strategy, branding and advertising campaigns for off-the-plan developments.
VMG is transitioning property marketplace that enables consumers and businesses to transact along the full property journey. The addition of TPA to the VMG Developer offering completes VMG’s plan to deliver a full end-to-end offering for off-the-plan developments. Developments on Apartments & Developments will now enjoy listing on view.com.au at no extra cost.
"Aligning with VMG takes us into the future. VMG will connect our brilliant ideas, stories and experiences to property buyers like never before. It ensures The Property Agency remains at the forefront of property marketing, supporting our clients to create Australia’s most famous places to live, work and play," said TPA founder, Bob St. Julian.
