Quiip elevates Larah Kennedy and Will Barber off back of strong 2023

Quiip, a specialist agency in social media and online community management, has promoted Larah Kennedy to General Manager and Will Barber to Client Services Director.

The promotions follow what the agency said has been a period of impressive growth for the company in 2023, marked by an expanding client list and the introduction of its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Kennedy was previously Quiip's Client Services Director, a role she held for three years, playing a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing Quiip’s client relationships and driving growth. In her new role as General Manager, Kennedy will oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the company, working closely with the senior team to drive growth, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Barber, previously Senior Community Manager at Quiip, also held his prior position for three years. As Client Services Director, he will focus on fostering client relationships and accelerating growth at Quiip.

Quiip CEO, Alison Michalk, expressed her delight at the promotions.

"Their extensive experience and unwavering commitment to Quiip’s mission make them the perfect candidates. I do not doubt that under Larah’s leadership, Quiip will continue to thrive," she said.

Kennedy and People and Culture Director, Lauren Piro, are the company’s first employee owners, reflecting Quiip's commitment to its staff. Quiip specialises in online community building, social media management, high-risk content moderation, and crisis management.
