Restive appoints first head of research and experience, debuts skillset model
Tech consultancy firm Restive has brought on Florencia Mostaccio in the newly created role of Head of Research and Experience and launched its first skillset and engagement model for clients, marking a significant step in the company's growth strategy.
Mostaccio will be responsible for building out the dedicated research and experience offering for clients. Reporting directly to Restive's Managing Director and founder, Stuart Oliver, her role will involve leading significant projects and delivering results for a wide range of clients.
Restive said its new skillset and engagement model incorporates industry-first approaches that have already proven successful in the market. The company, launched in 2018 as a digital strategy consultancy, has grown 170% year-on-year and has expanded to become a full-service ecosystem of more than 400 tech experts spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia.
"The combination of Florencia’s appointment to lead our research and experience design division and the launch of our industry-first skillset and engagement models is proof of our commitment to the impact we can create for our clients. We’ve already enabled our clients to improve digital experiences for millions of customers and deliver extraordinary results to their bottom line," said Oliver.
Restive's capabilities span data and AI, cybersecurity, digital strategy, tech modernisation and cloud, and team augmentation services. The company has delivered more than 240 client projects to date across the retail, FMCG, finance, and automotive sectors.
Mostaccio joined Restive in 2019 with more than a decade of experience in design. She has led research and design engagements for a wide range of clients including Coles Group, Bed Bath N' Table, JB Hi-Fi, Super Retail Group, Debenhams, Cengage, Suncorp, and various nonprofits.
"It’s an exciting time to be with Restive. We have already made an enormous impact on millions of consumers by shaping products and services for Australia’s leading brands, and this is an opportunity for us to deliver even more value for existing and new clients," said Mostaccio.
"We are helping our clients to deeply understand their customers and designing exceptional experiences to suit their needs and unlock growth. Our new skillset model is unique to Restive and it will allow us to put forward to clients the best end-to-end researchers and designers in Australia and beyond."
